If your Lockbrush arrives damaged or with missing item(s), please report it within 10 days of the original order delivery date by emailing info@lockbrush.com. Customers must submit pictures of damaged or missing item(s) within 10 days of receipt to info@lockbrush.com. Damaged items may not be returned after 10 days.
Upon inspection and approval of your return, we will refund your purchase using the original payment method, excluding the return shipping fee. Please allow up to 7-14 business days from the time your return is received for the merchandise return credit to be processed.
